How is the fresh fish packaged for delivery?
Our fresh fish is vacuum-packed and placed inside insulated, recyclable boxes with reusable ice packs to ensure it arrives at your door in peak condition.
Where do you source your seafood from?
We prioritize sourcing from local Cornish day-boats and sustainable fisheries to ensure we provide the highest quality, freshest catch available.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday to ensure your order doesn't sit in a depot over the weekend.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer gift vouchers for the online shop or restaurants?
We offer both physical and digital gift vouchers that can be redeemed across our online shop, seafood school, and any of our Rick Stein restaurants.
Are your products suitable for home freezing?
Most of our fresh fish is suitable for freezing on the day of delivery. Please check the individual product labels for specific storage and freezing instructions.
