We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rick Stein purchase; if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or are past their use-by date.

Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization code or confirm your refund eligibility within two business days.
- 4.Secure Packaging
If returning non-perishable giftware, ensure items are in their original packaging and safely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
